Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. Beauty By Nina reserves the right to charge 50% of the service amount for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Beauty By Nina reserves the right to charge 50% of the service amount for any last minute cancellations or no shows. After one no show, client will be required to pay in full at scheduling for all future appointments.
Clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointments will be considered a no show and charged as such. Clients still taken after the 15 minute mark will not receive additional time in their appointment and will not be compensated for the difference in service. A late fee may apply.
No refunds for any appointments cancelled by the client. Deposits may be rolled over one time for a new appointment spot, if the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled again the client forfeits this deposit and will need to pay a new deposit for the new appointment time.
Beauty By Nina reserves the right to charge the card on file for any violations of the above mentioned policies.
